These terms cover our free samples, the 7-Day Listing Sprint and full catalogue work. They're written to be read. If anything is unclear, email loomreach@loomreach.ai.
Who you're dealing with
LoomReach Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16839451. Registered office: 411 Oxford Street, Office 1.01, London W1C 2PE.. Our services are for businesses, not consumers.
Free samples
A free sample is 3 images of one product, sent within 24 hours of your request [during working days: confirm]. There is no charge and no obligation to buy anything.
The 7-Day Listing Sprint
- 25 products, each with the Standard set: one main image on pure white, two lifestyle or context images and one detail or scale image.
- The founding price of £249 is for our first 5 clients; after that the price is £395. [Prices include / exclude VAT: confirm.]
- You pay in advance through Stripe. The 7 days start when we have your product links or photos for all 25 products.
Full catalogue work
We agree the images, schedule and price with you in writing before we start. Prices start from £10 per product.
Revisions and our guarantee
- Every image includes two rounds of revisions. Tell us what to change and we'll make it again.
- If you still don't approve an image after two rounds, you don't pay for that product: we refund its share of the price.
- If you don't like your first 5 products, tell us within [7 days] of receiving them and we'll refund you in full.
Your photos and product information
By sending us photos, product pages, logos or text, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that we may use them to make your images. We use them only for your work.
Check every image before you publish it. You're responsible for making sure your listings, including any text we put on an infographic at your request, are accurate and meet each marketplace's rules.
Who owns the images
[Once you've paid, the finished images are yours to use for selling and promoting your products, anywhere and for as long as you like. Confirm.]
We won't show your images as examples of our work unless you've agreed in writing.
Liability
[Our total liability to you for any piece of work is limited to the price you paid for it. We're not liable for lost profits or for decisions made by a marketplace. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Confirm.]
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
